I have no sound

Just started up Noire for the first time, and for reference, I'm totally new to VST's so please bear with me.

I'm connected (the keys on the app move in conjunction with pressing keys on my Clavinova) BUT there's no sound.

If someone could help me out I'd sure appreciate it, thanks.

In kontakt down left you set volume , else check your Windows sound settings and driver setting both in Kontakt and Windows !

First click the library on top in Kontakt ,

then select the Noire picture then to the right then click or double click the preset , that ought to respectively play and load the preset

Also when I click on the drop-down here it says instruments quick load is empty. Where do it un-empty it? I really didn't expect this to be so complicated… sigh…

OK… update here… I messed around with some settings, and I have sound now. But it's soooo low that I can barely here it. How do I turn up the sound?

Also, as mentioned in post above, I can't seem to load any Noire Pure instruments.
