You can't download Kontakt Player or something?

You are supplying too little information. What is your computer type ? , what is your OS version ? , what is your Native Access version ? , Kontakt version ? , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual screenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far. If applicable then does the problem occur also when you run the app as stand-alone or only in a DAW.
