Why do all files over 4.29 GB fail to download?

I have sent in a request for help and followed all the suggestions.

I shut off Windows Defender Firewall. I do not have a VPN or Proxy Server. I emptied the AppData Temp folder. I don't have any sort of cap on my downloads as I can easily purchase a game over 50 GB and download/install without issues.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

I had a problem in Dec with a couple of large files but larger files downloaded fine. They sent me direct links to download them.

Is it always the Giant, or is it happening to all large NI files?

It's happening to any NI file that is over 4.29 GB.

It just stops at 4.29 GB and gives the Download Failed Icon like in the picture I posted. I have to tried to download multiple different instruments that have over 4.29 GB and they all fail at the same spot.

if you are saving to external drive, some drive formats have file size limits. you can also try changing your DNS to google or cloudflare in case your isp is messing with your downloads

If on Wifi then also try a wired connection to see if that makes any difference.
