M32 not playing sound

in Komplete Kontrol

I registered a second m32 from amazon not too long ago. All the buttons and knobs work but none of the keys do. Is there anything im missing that im not aware of? Im not sure what else to do

    If you're using Komplete Kontrol make sure you've enabled the keyboard as an input device in the MIDI page of the preferences. By default it's not enabled so you can do all the browsing and stuff but not actually play anything!
