S49 MK2 screen damaged, out of warranty options ?

We have a Screen Damaged on S49 MkII Komplete Kontrol.

What are the out of warranty options ?

Generally then N.I. do not do a whole lot in supplying spare-parts, not even in pointing at suitable replacements parts.

So usually then the alternatives are limited to finding a local repair-shop that has sufficient technical insight (which is far between and does not come cheap) or asking Native Instruments for a quote on a repair which also means that the keyboard will have to be sent to N.I. for repairs neither of which is cheap either !

To ask N.I. you will have to contact N.I. Hardware Support !
