Komplete S61 Mk II - LEDs are now blue only

Hello,

My problem is that my Komplete S61 Mk II keyboard suddenly only works to a limited extent. When I normally used the thing, everything worked for the most part. Now it only shows blue LEDs, the different key colours are no longer displayed. All controls above the keyboard are without function. However, I can play the keyboard as normal and the Midi data is transmitted. But without the coloured lights above the individual keys, I can no longer use my beloved Rickenbacker, not even the magnificent Sunburst DeLuxe. I have to say that I'm only a bit of an amateur and don't know much about technology, but so far everything has worked. Now, after a long break of about a year, I start the software and notice the error described. Should I reinstall (which) software? Where is the error? Many thanks for any answers!

have you tried with komplete kontrol stand alone? What os do you use and have you updated everything in native access.

Else, assuming that you are using PC and Win 10 as said by your profile ! , what is your version of Native Access and Komplete Kontrol app ?
