Setting up Kontrol S49 to work with Studio one Pro and EVO 16 USB Interface

I've connected all of the devices, but have no sound yet from my powered KRK v6 monitors connected to the out channels 1&2 of the EVO. What should the sound source connection be out of the computer? I'm changing from the Focusrite Scarlet 18i8 interface.

Have you chosen the right interface in Studio One audio preferences? And the correct outputs in the audio matrix?

Thanks, I finally got the connections to the EVO 16 right and hear sound out of my studio one DAW through the monitors.
