I would like to give some feedback to NI. Is there a place to give feedback to NI without opening a ticket?

There's not a direct email or anywhere like that to send feedback that I'm aware of. You can either open a ticket if you want to keep the feedback private, or you can post a discussion in the relevant forum if you want it to be public so other users can comment on it.

Two best ways I have found to contact Native Instruments:

Open a ticket by going to Support and selecting a product, even if it isn’t a match to what you are looking for.
Go to the suppor page and use the Chat option, only available certain days and times.
