I have the Kontrol s61 mk3 on Friday, I did all the steps in order and arrived at the last step until “firmware update”, the keyboard is not detected, it tells me to scan in order to detect the Kontrol mk3, but nothing, I tried everything, I even bought another usb c cable, but also a “power delivery” usb hub because the community recommended it to me, but still nothing, and still no answers from Natives Instruments,

If anyone has had a similar problem I would like some help because I'm disgusted...
