What's Up with flashing X 1 0 0 in Logic?

So this question came up in the old forum but doesn't have an answer. When I load the Komplete Control plugin I will instantly get flashing X 1 0 0 for both midi in and midi out. This does NOT happen any other time. It seems to work correctly otherwise and the flashing goes away as soon as I remove the plugin from the project.

I have Logic X 10.7.2 on Mac M1.

    Probably because the keyboard is not just a simple MIDI keyboard, it has a control port to update the displays and also allow all the smarts to work so probably due to data flowing back and forth. If you have no issues, i'd worry not.

    Makes sense to me. I've had the keyboard for awhile, but never used the plugin before, so it was new to see.. Thanks for that!
