New Jacob Collier Audience Choir does not open

whenever I load it in to Reactor 7 it says the version is too old to load and i already have it set to the latest version.

can some one help me?

Have you installed the latest version of Kontakt 7 in Native Access?

Have you tried to open it in Kontakt in standalone?
