can't see third party library on Kontakt

Hi there

I am trying to upload third party libraries into Kontakt but it doenst work, either Kontakt is saying it can't find a path, or it says its already there, but I can't see it...

    Not a lot to go on here.

    What libraries are you trying to import? Which ones have been imported? What OS? What version of Kontakt?

    actually a lot of them - but I would like to start with the library Taqsim pro

    @Tal Does this library come with a serial number? Did you check the installation notes? What do these say?
