Request for KK content browser pin appearance

Can we get the little content browser pin to be more pronounced (i.e color, background). It's really hard to see if it's on or off . . seems like a simple matter of changing an object's visual parameters in the code. Also what are the chances down the road of having the instrument palette view switchable between list and panel view like in Native Access with possibly some user choice sorting, alphabetical, type, etc.
