Session Percussionist - How do I control sync?

By default, patterns in Session Percussionist are locked to my DAW (Logic) in such a way that, on a 2 bar percussion loop, the second bar will only ever play on even-numbered bars in my DAW - regardless of when I actually trigger them.

So if I trigger a pattern at bar 44, instead of hearing the start of the pattern, I'll hear the second bar.

How can I change this so that the percussion loop starts from whenever I press the key?

To use Session Guitarist parlance, I'm looking for "Start on key" rather than "Sync to host".

I'm not sure to follow, can you share a small video or screenshots that could help see what's going on and what you're trying to achieve?

    Hi,

I'm having the same issue. Bar 0 is in 3/4, from bar 1 it's in 4/4. I want to start the loop at bar 1, but the plugin sees the first beat of bar 1 as the "4th" beat of bar 0.

I've attached a screenshot. You can see that in the plugin the loop starts on 1.4 instead of 1.1. I want the loop to start at the beginning, regardless of where it's placed in my project.

I'm having the same issue anytime I try to use it. The patterns always seem to lock oddly to my sessions. Particularly when I hit play on the 1 of a bar, Session Percussionist will start the loop on the second beat of the pattern. I'm definitely no expert on this stuff, so any help would be appreciated if I'm just missing something!

Any news about this? Having the same problem. With other N instruments there is the Start on key" rather than "Sync to host" but I do not find anything like that here…
