How to make three different velocities have a smoother change?
Hi there,
Hope all is well!
I'm creating an instrument on Kontakt, with three different velocity layers. At the moment there's still too much of a difference when I transition from one velocity to another. I have used velocity crossfades, to add more of a smooth transition, but still could improve it.
Any ideas how I could make that change smoother?
I was looking into modulating level with velocity, for example, but not sure if that would help.
Thank you!

You should try a velocity morph. Look up AET in the manual and be prepared to be patient - it's pretty bug-ridden but with the right samples it can work very well.
