Looking for information about purchasing a multi-seat education license of Kontakt

I am professor at a university in California and I was hoping to purchase an education discount of a multi-seat license of Kontakt. Native Instruments is the most frustrating company in trying to email someone or get ahold of someone who can tell me how to do this. Has anyone ever done this and how did you do it?

I presume you’ve found the education page which gives no info on how to buy them

Their support process can be frustrating to get to the right place.

Go to their products home page, click on “Support” at the top

Click on “Purchase and Account”

Click on “Purchase Support”

Their chat bot window opens, click on “other”

Now click on “Purchase and Webshop”

Now click on “Discounts”

Now click on “No” under ‘Were these suggestions helpful’

You then get advised to try the community, click “No” under ‘Does this link solve your request’]

You then get asked to explain your request in one sentence, type in “Education discount” and press enter/return

You the. Get asked if you’re interested in prices for an individual or education institute, click”institute”

Under ‘Do you want to contact order support now?, click “Yes”

Then fill out the following details

and hopefully you should hear back very soon.
