Komplete kontrol A25, no use keys!!!!

Hi, I purchased an A25 keyboard, but after having successfully downloaded all the software when I press the keys no sound comes out, but if I rotate the encoder the presets can be heard.
All this in stand alone, while with Ableton I can use the keys and hear the sounds.
Even with the mikro machines, no sounds come out of the keys, only by moving the encoder.
However, on Ableton it doesn't give me access to functions such as arpeggios, scales etc.
Help me, thanks.

Scales/arpeggios only work when you load the Komplete Kontrol plugin onto your track then load an instrument inside that. Without the plugin the keyboard only works as a simple MIDI keyboard.

Thanks, but I can't find the dll to load inside Ableton live.
They told me that I would find the Ableton live lite 11 software attached to the A 25, but I didn't find it.
By any chance does Komplete only work vst3 or also vst2?
However, I managed to make it work on male maschine, thanks to your help.

The latest Native Instruments software no longer supports VST2
