Midi clipping and cuts out after being bounced when using Komplete Kontrol

Everything has been working fine but this week with no changes from me, my midi files have started to clip and cut out after I bounce them. Since the issue ive reformatted both by Samsung T7s to AFPS, ive reinstalled the Kontakt Library and fixed all bugs, ive cleared 100gb of space on my Mac, I updated to Sonoma, ive changed the buffer size....This doesn't not happen if I use a logic instrument only Komplete Kontrol, it's fine during playback but specifically only when I bounce the tracks out, anyone else had a similar issue and found a fix?
