The parameter labels on the Kontrol MK3 keyboard are a huge step backwards from the MK2. The keyboard displays only 6-8 characters from what I can tell and uses the first two letters or random letters to fill up the capacity. It results in gibberish on plug-ins like FM8. For example, stereo delay time shows would display as stdeti. I don’t get it. The MK2 keyboard showed the entire words. Things like this make it very difficult to do anything without constantly referencing the computer. I am about to shelve this thing for good.
