Need Help Using Scale Tool on Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2 with One-Shots in FL Studio

Hello everyone, I'm encountering a bit of an issue with my Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2 and FL Studio, specifically regarding the use of the Scale tool with one-shots.
Previously, I managed to get the Scale tool mapped and working seamlessly with the one-shots, even though they weren't from the Komplete library. However, I seem to have hit a roadblock recently and can't seem to replicate the setup successfully.
Could someone walk me through the process of setting up the Scale tool to work with non-Komplete one-shots in FL Studio again? Any tips, tricks, or insights would be greatly appreciated.
