Kontakt 7 will be compatible soon. Absynth is discontinued and will not get further udates. You can follow Sonoma compatibility here: macOS 14 Sonoma Compatibility Statement
As mentioned by others already, even though Kontakt 7 is not officilally supported, it seems to work for most users.
I'm currently running on Sonoma 14.4.1, Apple M2 Max, on Ableton, and Kontakt 7 repeatedly crashes my entire system.
It's probably this issue:
Please note that Apple released a 14.5 update for Sonoma fixing these crashes/kernel panics. Please update and let us know if iot fixed the issue.
