Batch re-save in Kontakt 7.8.0

Hi friends, so apparently the last Kontakt update (7.8.0) removed the batch re-save function. Yet, I have a library I would like to add instead of browsing it anew every session.

Does anyone know a solution? Sadly all threads about this topic apply to the older Kontakt versions when the function was still available.

    The batch resave option will only show in Rack view, not in Single view. Click VIEW in header to switch between.

    This is not new in 7.8, it was changed in 7.7.

    It didn’t remove batch resave altogether - it’s still available in Kontakt standalone

    Thanks for the quick reply 🙏🏼

    When I open Kontakt standalone (opening Kontakt directly from programs on my Mac) there still is no option listed in the dropdown menu (file).

    Am I doing it wrong?

    That's weird. Do you have the latest version of Kontakt?

    Yes - yours looks like what I would expect to see for the plugin (or Player?), not the standalone app version - it's missing several other things that should be there in the full version like 'new instrument' and Lua scripting

    Thanks for your ongoing support. I just checked my version and it's identical to yours, yet the options are missing. I might drop a message to customer support on the issue.

    That is very weird, not sure what is going on there. Are you definitely using the app version?

    Yep, definitely using the app and starting it from my programs folder.

    Didn't know „buy me a coffee“ yet. =) Tell you what. Definitely buying you one when this is solved.

    Just a thought, not sure it will make a difference but do you have full disk access enabled for Kontakt?
