Battery instance inactive

Hi everyone

I have a problem with Battery instances.

Every time I reopen a Logic project with Battery instances loaded, they are often inactive until I physically open the plugin window. 

(As in video below)

Once opened the Logic project recalled the plugin window they are active and they allow me to play the midi regions or play them through the track.

this happens both if I choose individual samples and if I load drum kits

I went through the Battery Settings and the Logic Pro Settings but no

solution.

I also granted full disk access to battery and all the Kontakt app but still nothing (as in photo below)

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Logic Pro 10.8.01

Battery 4.3.0

Mac OS Ventura 13.6.01
