Metering in Kontakt
I've never created a Kontakt instrument before and I have no idea what I'm doing but...
- I dropped in a bunch of drum samples and made a General Midi drum kit.
- There are different groups that play to different outputs.
- All in all, there are 27 outputs with each group playing to a different output
Everything is working fine except that there is no metering on the main UI meters unless I assign a group to "Default', then that group will meter there. Otherwise, nothing.
How do I set it up so that all sounds will meter no matter what output they're playing through?
Thanks,

That's normal. Once you route a group to an individual output, main instrument outputs are completely bypassed, because that group then doesn't even go through the rest of the chain (instrument busses, insert FX, etc.)

Ah... thank you ED. I thought I might have missed something in the routing. I can live with it.
It's me Lawrence btw. Long time no see. I hope all is well.
