Kontakt not displaying all Presets

Hi everyone, I was hoping for a little help.

I am using Teletone Audio - Instrument for Kontakt.

I've checked using Native Access and the full file is downloaded and up to date. I also re-downlaoded recently just to make sure and all should be set up correctly.

My problem is that only the first folder of Presents displays when I open the Instrument in Kontakt. Yet there are 4 that should display.

I've checked and the path to the files seems to be correct. But for some reason one folder is displaying and the other 4 folders of presets are not.

So far I've updated all software and had no luck. I've also tried Kontakt via Logic and I'm having the same problem via my DAW too. I also gave this walk-throguh a go but it also did not solve my problem https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/9302/kontakt-player-not-showing-any-presets-or-loading-any-library-please-help

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Im using a macOS Monterey 12.7.2 with Kontakt 6.7.1 (In Native Access it says all of my products are up to date).
