Connecting S61 to Sound Modules

I have a lot of gear, but I use my Kontrol S61 Mk2 a lot. I would like to connect the controller to the following gear via MIDI: Alesis QSR, Roland JV-2080, Peavey Spectrum Organ, and Digitech Vocalist II. Is it possible, or should I give up on it and let one of my keyboards handle it?

I was trying to hook it up through my Emagic AMT-8 midi interface, but there was no signal. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I would like some help if possible.
