Make sure your operating system is supported for Kontakt 7.7.3 or 7.8. If you're on Catalina, you can't update Kontakt.

If you're on MacOs 11 and upwards make sure to use the latest version of Native Access (3.8.0):

I am on Win 11 and all I see is 7.6, no way to install 7.7 or 7.8. After the update of libraries, they will no open with 7.6, requiring 7.7.

Or do you mean you installed the latest 7.8 update but you get an error message when you try to load the libraries in Kontakt when in your DAW? In this case the issue is different and it's probably a plug-in administration issue.

Thank you, I have tried to install Native-Access_2.exe, updated NTKDaemon 1.15.2 Setup PC, and run all as " admin. After wasting a lot of time on reinstalling things I still had no success, getting the same "installing dependencies" requests. Kontakt 7.6 still runs, but no updates are possible.

Can you check this, there is also a "block history" maybe you have to allow some native apps here:

Nothing was blocked. I downloaded Kontakt Libraries, everything worked, I did not notice any problems until I tried to use Ethereal Earth Library, which required version 7.7 of Kontakt.

NTKDeamon 1.15.2 is running as admin. I try to run Native Access, ver 3.9, and it asks for granting permission to install dependencies. Native Access appears 5 times in the process list.

Sometimes stranger details mess things up. Some statistical programs did not run because in the polish Windows version we use , instead of . as a numerical separator. What it is this time?
