Download issue

Hi everyone,

Downloading Kontakt Factory Library 2 to my external HD is not working. It's a big package and just as the process was coming to an end it stops, just 2GB left to go, nothing happens... I set the download location to my external HD and eventually by misstake I also changed the application location as well... Could this be the issue, perhaps I need to repeat the process? I'm thankful for every answer I possibly can get.

Update

Today it worked out all of a sudden but a second issue appeared though. Native access can not find the path and the Kontakt factory library 2 it listed under the program which I haven't installed. I've been trying to locate it but the message "That path leads to a different library". The suggestion "Read how to fix it" does not solve this problem.
