    Hi @Jeremy_NI

Please ignore the above Automation issue, it's corrected itself somehow.

The more I use the S61 MK3 the more I realise it doesn't play well with Logic at all. The DAW integration is very problematic, It's very easy to crash the MK3 just by navigating with the encoder and the DAW button. I've even had the encoder playing notes when pushed left and right.

Rather than using this forum to moan about what doesn't work correctly, is there an email/person I can send a detailed report of what I'm experiencing to try highlight these issues, assuming the fault doesn't lie at my end?

As I've said before, I'm happy to live with some issues. The fact that Kontakt doesn't work is a problem but will hopefully be fixed soon but spending a load of cash on a temperamental keyboard that is this fragile is concerning. It's easy to slate something when it's down but that helps no-one so I'd like to help if i can.

@Scottkid Good to hear that the initial issue is not present anymore. Regarding the MK3, Kontakt and Logic, there is an ongoing bug, as you can read here: komplete kontrol mk3 crashing logic with Kontakt 7 (KT-8692)

Unfortunately the workaround does not work if you're on Sonoma but, until Apple fixes this issue, you can use the Komplete Kontrol plug-in instead of Kontakt, you'll get the same integration.

If you have any other issues or concerns and want to speak with a support agent you can reach out here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Kontrol
