    You didn't state an operating system, your profile says your operating system is "yes". You don't really like to offer much to help you with do you?

    @JesterMgee is 100% correct.

    If you want help, we need more information. Mac? Windows? What version? "Can't be opened?" what the heck does THAT mean? Do you get a message? Or no message? Or a lockup? A crash?

    On the other hand, if you're just reporting that something isn't working and you don't really care about getting help, well okay then. But that kind of wastes everybody's time reading about something that doesn't work and the person doesn't want help with it.
