where is the Support? re: Massive X

Support section should not be called support with no possible way to get a person to help. And being told to type your problem and then given a book to read to locate your problem just adds insult to the injury.

I /we cannot open Massive after downloading Native Access and Massive X. Even tried to download the Demo version to see if that would open and it does not.

When I look at the NI website, I see an app much like Reactor 6 and Kontakt. But nothing opens with the Massive X download.

I am having a time trying to find what application in Native Access opens Expansions.

Could someone please help with this problem? Please, since NI doesnt seem to care about leaving its customers out in the cold..

Reaktor and Kontakt are both available as a Standalone app and VST3/AU/AAX plug-in for your DAW.

Massive X is solely available as a VST3/AU/AAX plug-in and thus you will need a DAW in order to use it.

Expansions are mostly meant to be used with MASCHINE or Komplete Kontrol Series keyboards, but contents like loops and samples can be used in any DAW. This video may be helpful:

If you want to use Massive X without in a DAW you can open it in Komplete Kontrol which you will need to download through Native Access
