@JSF So did you follow the linked Knowledge Base article? Native Access Error Message: Downloading (*Product*) failed: could not create new file or truncate existing file
I assume you're on Mac, you didn't give the info. What is the format of your T7 external hard drive? If you're on Mac it should be formatted to APFS, as explained here: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers
Did you try the Repair button for Battery?
Using the Repair Function in Native Access (youtube.com)
@Jeremy_NI Yes i'm on mac sonoma. The thing was working before on the T7, i dont know what happened.
The format is mac os extended, see attached all the details.
@Milos yes i did, not working
Maybe Jeremy can help with this one.
@Jeremy_NI I did but it takes a while before i get any answer
Do you see “T7” or “T7 1” volume on your macOS Desktop? I suspect it will be “T7” on the Desktop, but macOS actually mounted it as “T7 1”, most probably it was not ejected properly previously before it was re-mounted again.
Restart your Mac computer and try again as “/Volumes/T7/…”.
