Pedal Issues on Native Instrument Controller

I have pedal issues on my Native instrument s88 MK2 Kontrol, my pedal is detect by my DAW/computer but it's a wrong mapping. I check the Ni support but nothing work :( I would have to throw the keyboard... If someone have same issues or even better have a solution. Please let a comment. Have a good day, Loose 800$ mine is already ******....
