Does someone know why Alicia Keys library is working in kontakt but not shown in Komplete Kontrol?

Just that... the library works fine in Kontakt 7, everything normal but it doesn't show up when I open komplete kontrol, I already unchecked the "use the lastest version of the plugins" when re scaning from the standalone app and yet everything is the same

I had a problem with a few missing instruments and section 3 of this link fixed it

Try going to Preferences -> Library and click Rescan.

Only thing else I can think of is to uninstall it manually and then install it again?

That's a good link, I had forgotten about that. @Alexali definitely give the link @Ojustaboo posted a shot. Rescan was added to eliminate the need to do these steps manually but I suspect there's still cases such as yours where manually removing the database is required.
