show daw on flstudio /s61mk3

how to display the daw mode on flstudio with the s61 mk3 I have everything working on the piano, scale, chord, pitch module, play, stop... but even outside of fl studio I cannot display the daw mode. to manage several tracks in a piano mixer. so I can manage my tracks on fl studio with my patterns and my mixer but I have seen people play several vsts with the piano live. ex: piano + synth + violin impossible for me. I can just do one by one on flstudio. so I would like to know how to display the daw mode and also manage several tracks directly on the piano.
