How can I default the master view in Kontakt 7

In Kontakt 7, e.g., with the Grandeur Instrument, I want to start the metronome easily, rather than clicking down multiple times to enable the Master view. My favorite solution would be to save a patch, where the Metronome is already enabled, but I cannot figure out how to accomplish that.

Furthermore, it would be great to remote control the metronome from my S61.
