Why can't I purchase Kontakt 7 full version at sale price?

I have been trying to purchase the sale priced Kontakt 7 full version for 149.99 but it keeps giving me an error. I can add it into my cart but when it prompts me to sign in it goes to a screen which says my cart is empty. When I try to add it to my cart it comes up with an error "oops something went wrong". I've tried on my MacBook Pro, my brand new iMac and also a windows based machine at work. Always the same outcome. "oops something went wrong".... Any advice or help would be great. Thanks

So I went to Sweetwater and purchased what I wanted. It came with a voucher for 2 free instruments. The instruments I chose also won't add to my shopping cart. I don't think it should be this difficult to purchase a product. How do I redeem this voucher? This website sucks and there is no one there you can talk to directly... WTH?
