Support request 4179386 still not answered. In LIMBO. No answer, no followup, etc.

I don't know what is happening to Customer support for Native Instruments. You start by submitting a problem you are experiencing and you can wait days, weeks, months before anyone gets back to you. They really want your money fast, that I can tell you. But once you have a problem with what you bought, good luck. They tell you to look at user forums, the Internet for "possible" solutions and even the Bible. Sorry, but I refuse to spend days trying different and possibly incorrect solutions. I want the problem solved by the support teams. I don't have time for this nonsense. Does anyone else have the same experience??

    I will try calling for @Jeremy_NI to liaise , but Jeremy has not been seen since December 28 and I have no idea when he will be back !

    @jccube We are just out of the biggest sales special followed by the holiday season, my colleagues have a lot of requests to process at the moment and it impacts our response times. You submitted your request on Sunday. My colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.
