Playing Picked Nylon and it pauses each time to load up new notes

I am paying a loop (top track) and using the Picked Nylon. It plays a few chords perfected then it seems like it needs to reload some notes. See the note in the red square. During that time there's no sound comes out while the line at the bottom moves from the left to the right. Again when it comes back to that point in the loop, it appears to load the note again.

Does anyone know what's happening and why it keeps doing this?

I then change to another instrument, and now even though it's looping over the track, there is no sound coming out at all.

I would recommend not using the in-Kontakt looping.

Instead, record the riff that has the duration of 1 or 2 bars, then duplicate that riff on the DAW.
