Help Playing notes

Hey guys, I've run into a problem with playing notes in Kontakt Player 7. I want to play a note using the right-click on my mouse while simultaneously playing notes with the keyboard and it doesn't seem to work. I've look everywhere for an answer to no avail unfortunately and hoped maybe one of you knew the answer. Thanks!
