Faulty B2 Key velocity cannot go higher than 40+

Hi, recently I've just purchased Komplete Kontrol S88 MK3. I've just noticed my B2 key velocity cannot go higher than 40+, no matter how hard I hit the key. The rest of the keys seem okay. Have anyone experienced this? I've updated the latest firmware and software.
