Hi All - yes, I have the Compatibility page bookmarked https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014900358 I check it everyday, and launch Native Access everyday to see if there's an update. As of now, I just installed 3.1.0 which just dropped, hoping that was the fix, but no.

I've been dead in the water (well, floating) with my S61 not being recognized by Komplete Kontrol on Sonoma. Maschine MK2 works flawlessly, even though it's no "officially" compatible yet. For the time being, I'm opening all instruments in Maschine, so I can use all of the auto mapping. Aside from that, it's just a cool looking general midi controller.

I definitely get the alert when launching Logic X that the "Plug-in for device Komplete Kontrol S-Series is missing, and there's a support article regarding trashing pref's that's supposed to fix it, but if KK can't see it...The lovely response from NI would be, "Yes, we're aware of that and we're working on it. Sit tight, and it will be there soon" :-)

Does anyone have an S controller (MK2) on Sonoma that has it working?

Ok, just looked into de-installing KK3. It doesn't do it automatically, rather I have to go searching through my computer and delete everything by hand. I'm not good at this stuff. Maybe just wait. 😬

If you are running Komplete Kontrol latest version (3.2) then yes that is supported on Sonoma - for MkII and MkIII (regardless of people’s niggles with what it can or can’t do)

The old version is not - but it does work (I’m on Sonoma and running both versions of KK - no problems with either version for me)

Thanks. So, I can install them side by side as per the instructions given me by tech support? Is there an older version of Native Access that I need, or will it read 2.9.6 and 3.2? If there is more functionality in the 2.9.6 version, and I know that 3.2 will be Sonoma compatible, then I reckon I ought to be good for a while. Did not have the money for the mK3, and the mK2 was price reduced. So, it is a concern to me how long the KK software will support it. Again, thanks.

You can install the old version from here, it's not in Native Access - tbh unless you really need the resisability the new version doesn't offer anything yet for MkII users and only once KK3 is returned to feature compatibility with KK2.9 or if it starts to offer advantages for MkII users then I would consider moving fully to that version - 2.9.6 works fine for me on Sonoma (just don't install the MacOs 14.4 update as its buggy, although it seems at the moment an AU ilok Logic issue mainly)

3.2.0 is 'officially' compatible but 2.9.6 also works fine on Sonoma

My Komplete s 61 mk 2 on OS 14 was working with Logic with Komplete and now it doesn’t and asks to rescan which fails. I can still use it with Kontakt 7. I don’t understand why?
