guitar rig 7 pro how can i fix recording export settings with effects ? tape deck problems

Hi dear friends, i buyed guitar rig pro 7 i have also guitar rig 5 and 6 softwares but whenever i am preparing a sound recording with my guitar and exporting to my pc desktop with wav file, sounds can not export with effect. i think my tape deck already choiced "sync" for to export with effect. but effects never work whenever i exported and saved my records on my laptp desktop.

i need NI's support please help me ! because i will make sound record with effects in my software guitar rig 7 with my tools and pedals

    If you are playing the source material from the Tapedeck Pre (the one at the top), then you need to set the little switch on the left to "At input". Your current setting is "At output" which means that the sound from Tapedeck Pre is not going through the rack.

    Or are you trying to export audio from a DAW like e.g. Logic or Ableton Live?

    Dear Eddie thanks for your best support and reply.

    But i choiced input in "Tapedeck pre" but nothing changing ! which effects i am using it can not out or record my sounds demo music with effects. it is outing and saving without effect.


    please check as attached my guitar rig pro tapedeck pre and tapedeck post settings which buttons active / deactive and please inform and reply to me back if possible.

    This is how you record with Tapedeck Post what you are playing with Tapedeck Pre through the rack (in this case just the one CAT distortion effect):
