Most Kontakt instruments/expansions not available

I have Komplete Ultimate and as of yesterday most Kontakt instruments and expansions are suddenly not showing up in Logic Pro or the Kontakt standalone app. They do show up normally in Native Access. I removed NativeAccess.xml from the application library and restarted my Mac but it didn't make a difference. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions?

Thanks for your response. The only instrument I found with something wrong (damaged maybe) was Arkhis, which I reinstalled. Everything seems to be OK now.

You mean inside the Kontakt tab or inside your DAW?

If they aren't seen inside Kontakt, just click on the Manage Libraries, then make sure the libraries are checked (white squares if they are checked, and no squares if they aren't checked)

But if you mean inside your DAW, could you please show a bit more details?
