s88 mk2 key sticks on upstroke

This is very frustrating. I bought a NI certified refurb S88 mk2 Komplete. Very nice keyboard, however the unit I received had a sticky f3 key. The key sticks on the upstroke and feels weird compared to the other keys. A week after I opened a support ticket with NI, the offered to repair. I sent to their repair vendor in NJ who sent it back the next day claiming they swapped the key bed. Unfortunately, nothing changed. Same key was sticking. NI support responded a few days later asking for video. A few days after that, support said from watching the video and seeing the shop claimed to have replaced the key bed, they could not help and offered a refund.

I would like to keep this keyboard because the price is right and I spent more money loading up on bundles.

Can someone who has dealt with the people please tell me what to do here?

    @DJ Law & Disorder I believe my colleagues got back to you and the unit will be sent again to the repair shop. Sorry for this setback.
