Loops not following the signature change Komplete kontrol

Strange to say the least.

When I use Komplet kontrol and load any drum loops, they do not follow the time signature change. For example, the song is in 4/4. One measure is changed to 2/4 and again to 4/4. However, when I put in a drum loop, it doesn't seem to notice this change and starts playing (drums start 16 bars after this change) with a shift. The accent/kick is on 3, not 1. Any suggestions?
