Do I need to transfer a license for the KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 MK2 I want to sell?

I get that software will require a license transfer, but does a keyboard? I can't find that answer on the main NI site.

Yes, and the keyboard too... in general, anything has a serial number, needs a transfer license.
