No response from keyboard below Eb1 in Kontakt Player

Hi. I am using Logic and when I bring up the Kontakt 7 instrument I can't play notes below Eb1. For example I am using the Hybrid Keys Patch. There is a clickable image of a keyboard below the controls. I can click and get the notes I want to sound but on the keyboard those notes don't trigger anything.

All my other instruments and plugins respond to those keys.

I went into settings and changed the range - the default was C2 to G8 - I changed it to C0 to G7 but it did not effect anything.

Any ideas?

Maybe you should refresh your K7 Player by clicking '!' button.

Either that, or just reinstall hybrid keys.
