How do I open Spitfire Symphonic Organ properly in Kontakt Player 7?

Hi there! I just purchased Spitfire's Symphonic Organ, and I think it's having trouble opening properly in Kontakt Player 7. I cannot select any presets, there is only 1 stop in the UI, there is no cover photo when initially selecting the library, and I can't resize the UI (although that may not be related). I'll try to attach some screenshots of what I'm looking at... I've uninstalled Symphonic Organ and reinstalled it to no avail, so I thought I'd ask around. I'm on a 2021 Macbook Pro, M1 Max chip, latest version of Logic Pro X. Any ideas how to fix this? I have a pressing project that requires organ, which I purchased this library specifically for. Thanks so much!

I would recommend 2 alternatives:

Click the '!' Button on you Kontakt, it might be a glitch.

And if this doesn't help, try the 2nd alternative.

But first, you can use the Rack view, right?

If you can, I would recommend opening it through the Files, not Libraries.
