Battery disappeared

I've had battery for years now. I've made a lot of beats with it too and for some reason it's not showing up in native access yet it shows up as an option on my studio. It's irritating as hell because it's got some of the better kits and I have beats I wanted to go back and finish but the files are unseen, so now they can't be finished. Any idea why this is the case?
